Packing up for the next destination.
We headed for Seremban town area for lunch. One thing worth mentioning is that even within the usual lunch break time, the town area was still moving at a very slow pace. Car driving slowly, people walk in slumber mode, no frantic horns and car park was easy to find. Even the chicken rice lady took 15 minutes to serve us. That is the only crappy part as we were starving.
As it was still early, we decided, albeit impulsively, to head to Port Dickson. It was another 30 minutes south and the challenging part is none of us was really sure how to get there. So we decided to follow the road signs.
After half an hour drive, PD town area was, thank goodness, within sight.
Map of PD.
We went resort-hopping and intruded private beaches. Most of them were basically dead as it wasn't the holiday season. The beach were like places that gone into seclusion due to epidemic virus. That is until Jan told me that these weren't the exact beaches that provides the fun. Shoulda say earlier la.
We drove further down (or up, I'm lost with the direction part). And we came to the real PD. Sort of. It was like the ones that is in Penang, with people sunbathing, jet-skiing and banana-boating. One thing that is different is the quality of the sand. It was much more smoother and compact compared to the ones in Penang. As I said, too bad, there ain't no pictures for that.
PD, with traits similar to ones in Gurney Drive, Pg.
Catching the sun.
Just to prove that we are in PD....
We decided to call it a day.... Or maybe not. Half way through the North-South Expressway, we detoured to Kajang for their famous satay.
The famous satay place.
It was slightly over rated as I don't see or taste something special about it. Nevertheless, it ain't bad and there was nothing to complain about.
As for the decided-to-call-the-day part? That is now.
